About
So, I’m going to let each of us explain who we are, so this will be a work in progress until all is done…
Julie
The founder (well, Tommy found it and put it together for me, but I came up with the idea of wanting to do this) of this website. I’m 35 years old and married to Eric and we have two amazing kids, Brittany and Zachary. You will read more about them in a few. I like to think I’m a simple person, though Eric and the kids will probably dispute that. I enjoy reading, walking, playing on the computer, hanging with the kids, shopping (though that’s in my resolutions and I can’t do that right now), going to the beach, being with my family. I’ve worked for Super Dog Pet food for two and a half years and don’t hate it most of the time. Eric and I have been married for almost 11 years and though it hasn’t always been great, I can’t see myself with anybody else. I love him with all my heart! My kids mean everything to me and I think I smother them at times, but someday (and that day is coming really soon), they are not going to want to have anything to do with me, so I guess I’m trying to get in as much time with them as I can now.
Eric
I am Eric, I am 33 and I live for my kids and my wife. I have worked for Wal-Mart for the better part of 15 years and as with anything that goes on for 15 years it has had its ups and downs. I have a deep passion for sports, and will talk Red Sox/Patriots/Celts with just about anyone. When I hear people talking sports in a restaurant, sometimes I can’t help but chime in, much to the chagrin of my lovely wife. Speaking of my wife, we have been married for going on 11 years, and together for going on 14…and frankly I don’t know how she tolerates me. I have dragged her into my love for sports and now she is a full fledged sports mom and even plays fantasy football! My kids are my world and almost every decision I make is based on how it will effect them. Brittany is 13, and is coming into her own as a young, strong, independent, woman. Zac is 11 and watching him grow and develop every year is amazing. I have been lucky enough to volunteer in his school the last three years and get the rare chance to actually see him in a school setting with his peers, something that not all fathers get a chance for, and something that I cherish. I am lucky again that both of my kids share my interest (if not entirely my love) for sports as both have been involved in athletics since they were old enough to join. I love to coach them, both on the field and off, and have learned that I have developed a strong passion for youth athletics that I hope to continue to pursue long after my children have stopped playing. When I was a kid, I used to write a lot, but now I’m mostly a reader. I enjoy Stephen King, Michael Connelly, Robert Crais, Dan Brown, Chuck Palahniuk, Harlan Coben, Dean Koontz, and a lot of different non-fiction books, mostly of the entertainment variety. I’m usually pretty good for a book recommendation if you ever need one. I am active on Facebook and Twitter, you can find me by name, or doughboy0163
Brittany
Heyyy!!! I’m Brittany. I am 13 and in the 8th grade. Lots of people don’t know this but I actually like to read sometimes. I also like to write, hang with friends, cheer, do softball, hang with family, listen to music, and all kinds of stuff. My best friends include Taylor Fry, Taylor Fallon, Alyssa Baldwin, Jade Proule, Katie McCormack, Katherine Young, and my boyfriend Jimmy McCormack (no relation to Katie). They are some of the best friends you could eva have. They are always there for me when I have been having a bad day or just need to complain and I’m always there for them. Me and Jade are about to start making music videos soon (i’m not quite sure when but I will post every time we make a new one). Our you Tube name is EpicPrincesses in case you wanted to request us. Back in 6th grade Jade, Taylor, and I used to have a band. At first it was called the heart breakers but then we found out tat was already a band. So we changed the name and now I don’t remember what it was. We are thinking of starting it back up and asking Alyssa to play guitar because she freaking rocks. My family means the world to me. My Mom is my best friend of all!!! She is with me through everything. I love her so much! My Daddy is the best to. He is my softball coach and he is the freaking best softball coach ever!!! I love him!!! Now what to say about my brother… He is a goody goody, cleaning crazy, freak… that I love. I love my brother and though I may say frequently that I don’t like him I wouldn’t trade him for anything in the world. So to sum it all up… My life freaking ROCKS!!!
