Diet Diary

So today was 21 weeks that I have been on Weight Watchers, which makes it just around 5 months. I am down 31lbs from when I started in November and 42lbs from January of 2010! I can’t believe it! I have set a goal weight today. Once I hit that AND maintain that goal weight for 6 weeks, meaning not going over 2+ lbs, then I get Weight Watchers for free. I can’t believe I am at that point. I started this journey on Weight Watchers at 198.2lbs and in January of 2010, I was 209lbs. I am currently at 167.2lbs. My goal weight is 145, only 22.2lbs away. I am just in shock.
